We want you to love your Skyren. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a defect, email us at skyrenoffical@outlook.com with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged unit in most cases.
Change of Mind Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email skyrenoffical@outlook.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, standard return terms apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us and we'll trace it.
