Shipping policy
Pre-Order Notice
Skyren is currently available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you're reserving a lamp from our first production run. Pre-orders are prepared and dispatched within 4–6 weeks of purchase. If timelines change for any reason, we'll email you immediately with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Processing & Delivery
Once your order ships, delivery takes 7–14 business days for the US, Canada, UK and Europe, and 7–16 business days for Australia and the rest of the world. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.
International Orders
Delivery times vary by destination. Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival — these are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility. Most orders to Canada and the US arrive without any extra charges.
Delays
While we work to meet every estimate, occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at skyrenoffical@outlook.com and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your Skyren arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at skyrenoffical@outlook.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
